Planned Preventative Maintenance

We understand the importance of early detection and repair of your refrigeration and aircon equipment. Our PPM programs ensure that your equipment is always working efficiently, providing peace of mind and reducing the likelihood of an expensive failure.

The company operates maintenance contracts covering a variety of systems from small packaged air conditioners, through central plant systems to large refrigerated warehouses.

We provide a variety of standard PPM contracts, ranging from 1,3 and 5-year terms. We can also tailor a contract to align with your specific needs.

Our periodic inspections will allow our engineers to clean condensers, filters and grilles. Check for refrigerant leaks, inspect fan motors and check electrical connections.  

After each visit, you will be presented with a full report which we will ask you to sign and return to us for our records. This inspection report will include any works carried out, and detail potential issues that the engineer may consider may be a future problem. Think of this in a similar way to your car MOT.
