We wish to offer you our assurances that ALTIGA Limited are taking all steps to minimize the impact of COVID-19.
At present, none of our staff have had contact with anyone testing positive or persons returning from affected countries. Furthermore, our field engineers are following all Governmental and NHS guidelines with hand-washing and general hygiene.
We envision no immediate effects to our service and support.
With regards to the relationship between COVID-19 and Air Conditioning, there is currently no evidence to suggest that the virus is airborne.
However, if you have any concerns, we can assure that our maintenance products used for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration are anti-bacterial. Regular maintenance will help with bacteria and fungi build up. We also recommend adequate ventilation to ensure a healthy workplace environment.
